Our support team will respond within 1–3 business days with specific instructions. In some cases, you may be asked to return unused bottles. We will provide the return shipping address at this stage.
Once your request is verified (and returned bottles received, if applicable), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
